1 pint of your favorite Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavor (we recommend Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough!)
Preheat oven to 325°F. Press the pre-made cookie dough into the bottom of a 10” springform pan. Bake for 13-15 minutes, until cooked through but still soft.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then lightly push down the center with an 8” nonstick plate, creating a crust around the edges.
Allow the cookie to cool for at least an hour.
Take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Scoop the softened ice cream onto the cookie, spreading it evenly into the imprinted 8” circle.
Freeze for at least 2 hours.
Remove from the freezer, then carefully remove the cookie pizza from the springform pan. Add your toppings and chocolate drizzle.
Slice and enjoy!
